(May 7, 2007, Melville, NY)-- The week-long Commerce Bank Championship returns to Eisenhower Park from June 25-July 1, 2007. The only Champions Tour stop in the New York area offers new events and exciting attractions that promote family fun and entertainment - both inside and outside the ropes. 

The most accomplished class of rookies in Champions Tour history join established veterans such as Hale Irwin, Jay Haas, Jim Thorpe, Ben Crenshaw, Loren Roberts, and Curtis Strange expected to compete for the $1.5 million dollar purse.

As in years past, the Commerce Bank Championship has something for fans of all ages and is designed to be uniquely fan-friendly. In fact, all fans 16 and under (accompanied by a ticketed adult) are admitted free!

Some of the attractions include: 

Family Fun Pavilion
- The Family Fun Pavilion is back. Located at the entrance of the tournament this air-conditioned pavilion provides something for fans of all ages including a virtual long drive and closest to the pin contests, putting challenge, face painters and magicians.

Birdie Prize Hole
- All spectators in the bleachers at the par three 16th hole receive a prize when a professional makes a birdie there during a competitive round.

Champions Club  $65    
Each ticket is day specific and provides admission one day of the competition rounds Friday, June 23, Saturday, June 24 or Sunday June 25th to the grounds and to the Champions Club. This venue overlooks the 18th green, offers premier seating with first-class amenities including a for purchase upscale menu and bar.

Season Badge  $50 in advance $75 at gate
Each badge gives its holder access to the grounds for all seven days of the event,

Any Day Tickets  $20 in advance   $25 at gate
Each ticket provides admission Monday, June 19th through Thursday, June 22 AND one (1) day of the competition rounds Friday, June 23, Saturday, June 24 or Sunday June 25th.

All proceeds from the Commerce Bank Championship go to the tournament's primary beneficiaries: Schneider Children's Hospital and the Boomer Esiason Foundation, as well as other Long Island charities.
