VILLEGAS AND LEHMAN TO PLAY IN BUICK OPEN GRAND BLANC, Mich. - Camilo Villegas (Ku-ME-lo bee-JAY-gus) and Tom
Lehman have committed to play in the 2007 Buick Open, scheduled for June 25-July 1 at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club
in Grand Blanc.
Villegas, 25, recorded four top-10 finishes in 2006, his rookie season on the PGA TOUR. The Colombia native
will be making his second appearance at the Buick Open. He finished T-11 at Warwick Hills last year. Villegas finished 38th
on the PGA TOUR money list in 2006 with $1,742,112.
Lehman, 48, has five career PGA TOUR victories including the 1996 British Open Championship and the 1996 TOUR Championship.
He is 16th on the PGA TOUR's career money list with more than $19 million. This will be Lehman's eighth appearance at
the Buick Open and his first since 2001. His best finish was a T-2 in 1999.
Other new commitments include J.J. Henry, Jeff Maggert, Billy Andrade and Joey Sindelar.
Among the previous commitments to the 2007 Buick Open field are Brad Faxon, Chris DiMarco, Scott Verplank, John Daly, Paul
Azinger, Darren Clarke, Charles Howell III, John Rollins, Brett Wetterich, Lucas Glover, Trevor Immelman, and former Buick
Open Champions Jim Furyk, Woody Austin, Rocco Mediate, Tom Pernice, Jr., Billy Mayfair, Justin Leonard and Kenny Perry.
Tiger Woods announced that he intends to be back in Grand Blanc to defend his Buick Open title and the tournament expects
his formal commitment soon.
The 2007 Buick Open field will compete for a record $4.9 million purse, including an $882,000 first prize and a 2008 Buick
Enclave.

Buick is the title-sponsor of two PGA TOUR events in 2007. In addition to the Buick Open, Buick sponsors The Buick Invitational
in La Jolla, Calif., which was won by Tiger Woods during the week of January 22-28.
Buick has been the official car of the PGA TOUR since 1984. Through its title-sponsored PGA TOUR events Buick has donated
more than $38 million to local charities in its tournament cities since 1982. More than $8.8 million has been donated
to the Buick Open charities, including a record $832,000 in 2006.
