The following items detail the advertising, display and exposure opportunities available at The Barclays. As you are probably aware, PGA TOUR events attract a demographic that is appealing to a wide variety of industries and corporations. The Barclays is the only annual PGA TOUR event in the Tri-State Area and attracted over 140,000 spectators and sponsors in 2006. Spectator Guide: The Spectator Guide is a publication that gives hole-by-hole detail of the historic Ridgewood Country Club. (All ads are 4" x 7 1/2".) This is an excellent visibility opportunity as the spectators and sponsors who read them will reference them many times as they walk around the golf course. Exclusive Hole Sponsorships are available and will receive exposure in three ways: (1) a full panel, 4-color acknowledgment on the opposite page of your hole detail in the guide, (2) a sign with your company name on the tee box of your hole and (3) recognition on the Locater Board in major traffic location at The Barclays. Additional advertising locations are also available and are detailed below.

Souvenir Program: This high quality publication offers recurring exposure, as the program will serve as a keepsake item for years to come. It is a full-size magazine that features player profiles, tournament history, information on the defending champion and much more.

On-Site Exposure Opportunities

Display Area: This opportunity consists of a 10' x 10' display booth in one of two prominent locations at The Barclays. This provides a great opportunity for a company to display products and services for the attractive golf demographic that attends the event each year.

The standard package includes all of the following items:

  • Four (4) week-long vendor badges (General Admission access)
  • One (1) P-2 Preferred (On-site) Parking pass
  • One (1) P-3 Preferred (Off-site/VIP) Parking pass
  • Standard electrical power
  • Company identification at your booth
  • A 6-foot skirted table and two chairs

Investment 10x10 space: $10,500
Investment 20x10 space: $18,000

Ticket Back Sponsor: Your company could have the exclusive rights to the back of our tickets. This would include almost 250,000 tickets (exchange vouchers, daily string tickets and parking hang tags.) This space could be used for an advertisement, coupon or for a unique promotion.

Practice Range Sponsor: You will have exclusive rights to sponsor the practice range. Your company's name would appear on a sign behind each player's hitting stall on the range. The sign would have the player's name for spectator identification purposes located below your company name. The driving range at Ridgewood Country Club is rather large (approximately 40-50 stalls) and there will be ample bleachers for the spectators to sit and watch the professionals practice.

Jumbotron Sponsorship: Your company will appear on the exterior panel surrounding Jumbotron screens strategically placed throughout the golf course.  The Jumbotron will feature scores, statistics, and highlights.  The Jumbotron will receive a great deal of attention from all those in attendance.
