PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - Golf legend Jack Nicklaus will host a public golf clinic along with PGA TOUR pros Luke Donald,
Billy Andrade and Rocco Mediate as part of preliminary festivities of Honda Classic tournament week.
Nicklaus will conduct the clinic at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday February 27 at the Champion Driving range at PGA National Resort
& Spa.
"I am looking forward to the clinic and think it is a great way to get the week kicked off for The Honda Classic,"
Nicklaus said. "We plan to have a lot of fun and along the way offer some helpful lessons -- and for the younger attendees,
perhaps some good golf and life lessons."
All weekly ticket holders are invited to attend. The Classic Pak includes daily grounds credentials and coupons for more
than $150 in savings at PGA National including a complimentary round of golf. The cost is $75. A single-day Tuesday ticket
is $15.
"Having the Golden Bear on site is great for the fans," Honda Classic Executive Director Kenneth R. Kennerly said. "He
has so much wisdom and experience to share with everybody. It's a rare treat when he has time to conduct a clinic such as
this one."
Nicklaus will also participate in a special presentation to Palm Beach County schools for the First Tee National School
Program.
