Corporate Table Hospitality at # 8 Green
  • Service for 10 (including 10 chairs) at a Corporate Table, located inside an elevated, skybox type structure offering exceptional views of the action
  • 10 tournament/table admission tickets per day (40 total) printed with clients corporate name
  • 2 staff badges
  • 10 reserved seats daily in the grandstand at the 18th hole
  • Food and beverage consisting of a breakfast/lunch buffet with complete bar service
  • On site Parking passes
  • Private restrooms
  • Complete furnishings, flooring, tables and chairs, electrical service, daily cleaning service, security, communication lines, IBM scoring, television, corporate signage, main sponsor board listing, tournament program listing, daily pairing sheets and official tournament programs delivered daily
  • Open Thursday, March 13 through Sunday, March 16, 2008 during the hours of 11:00 am until 6:00 pm, or until the end of competition. If changes occur, the tournament will notify the client.

Skyboxes at # 17 & # 18
  • A 20 seat, elevated, corporate hospitality skybox located at the 17th or 18th green
  • 30 tournament/skybox admission tickets per day (120 total) printed with the clients corporate name. Please note that only 20 guests are permitted in the skybox at any one time- no standing allowed
  • 2 staff badges
  • 20 food vouchers each day (value $10/voucher- redeemable at the concession stand at the 17th or 18th green) and complete bar service in the skybox
  • On-site parking passes
  • A television will be provided in the skybox for additional tournament viewing
  • Company signage to be displayed on the outside of the skybox (provided by tournament), main sponsor board and tournament program listing
  • Tournament programs and daily pairing sheets delivered daily
  • The skybox will be open Thursday March 13 through Sunday, March 16, 2008 during the hours of 11:00 am until 6:00 pm, or the end of competition. If changes occur, the tournament will notify the client

Hospitality Village # 9 Fairway
  • An elevated clear span tent approximately 40' x 50' located along the #9 fairway (air conditioning available at an additional charge)
  • 100 grounds/tent admission tickets per day (400 total) printed with client's corporate name
  • 2 staff badges
  • Up to 50 on-site parking passes plus 2 VIP parking passes
  • 1 round of golf for 4 people at Bay Hill between May and October 2008
  • Private restrooms
  • Complete furnishings, flooring, tables and chairs, electrical service, daily cleaning service, security, communication lines, IBM scoring, television, corporate signage, main sponsor board listing, tournament program listing, daily pairing sheets and official tournament programs delivered daily
  • The tent will be open Thursday, March 13 through Sunday, March 16, 2008 during the hours of 11:00 am until 6:00 pm, or the end of competition. If changes occur, the tournament will notify the client

Note: Hospitality caterer will provide various menus for you to select from, including any special needs. The caterer, Goodings Incorporated, will contact your designated person to coordinate food and beverage needs. All food and beverage will be billed separately after the event.

Bay Hill Chalet at # 17
  • A 20' x 40' enclosed structure offering 400 square feet of inside, enclosed space plus 300 square feet of outside patio (tip up chairs) viewing area (glass front and doors)
  • 50 tournament/chalet admission tickets per day (200 total) printed with client's corporate name
  • 2 staff badges
  • Food buffet and beverage with complete bar service (special menus available with additional cost)
  • 25 on-site parking passes plus 2 VIP parking passes
  • 2 rounds of golf for 4 people at Bay Hill between May and October 2008
  • Air conditioning
  • Private restrooms

  • A 40' x 50' clear span tent structure, (40' x 32' enclosed area with a 15' covered patio which includes 2 rows of tip up chairs- 32 seats total), located adjacent to the #8 green (glass front doors)
  • 100 grounds/chalet admission tickets per day (400 total) printed with clients corporate name
  • 2 staff badges
  • 50 on-site parking passes plus 4 VIP parking passes (adjacent to chalet)
  • 3 rounds of golf for 4 people at Bay Hill between May and October 2008
  • Air conditioning
