| Costner and Band to Play at 2006 BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs |

February 28, 2006 GREENVILLE, S.C. (February 8, 2006) - Kevin Costner fans will be in for an additional treat at this year's BMW Charity Pro-Am
at The Cliffs golf tournament when the Oscar award-winning actor publicly debuts with his band on Saturday, April 29, at The
Cliffs Valley golf course.
The concert is available to tournament ticket holders only. Volunteers receive reserved/priority
seating. Outdoor seating will be available to other tournament ticket holders. Food and concessions will be on sale.
Costner's
unnamed, six-member band plays original rock and popular music. Costner, who is the lead singer, said he chose to debut at
the BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs to pay tribute to all of the volunteers. "This is something that we are doing for the
volunteers and all of those who come out to support charity," Costner said. "This tournament would never take place and be
as popular as it is without the hard work and dedication of the thousands of volunteers who give of their time and energy.
This is our way of saying thank you to them for all that they do."
The concert will begin after play ends for the
day. Patrons are asked to arrive at the course no later than 5 p.m., and to bring a blanket and/or folding chair.
The
2006 BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs golf tournament will be played April 27-30, 2006 at The Cliffs Valley, The Cliffs at
Walnut Cove and The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards golf courses. All four rounds will be televised live by The Golf Channel. The
BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs is the only tournament on the Nationwide Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped
with Nationwide Tour professionals in a three-day better-ball competition.
Amateurs, celebrities and pros will rotate
between each of the three courses on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the 14 lowest scoring pro-amateur/pro-celebrity teams
advancing to play Sunday's final round at The Cliffs Valley course. Celebrities will play once at each course on Thursday,
Friday and Saturday. The professional winner of the overall 72-hole event will take home $112,500 from the total purse of
$625,000, which is one of the largest purses on the Nationwide Tour.
Amateurs and celebrities will compete for individual
prizes and cash donations to the charity of their choice out of the beneficiaries selected by South Carolina Charities, Inc.
The first five tournaments have raised more than $3 million for area charities.
