• The win is his fourth top-10 in 12 starts in Tucson and moves his tournament earnings to $909,736, second on the all-time tournament money list.

• The final-round 63 is the lowest final-round by a winner in Tucson since Johnny Miller’s 61 in 1975.

• The final 36-hole total of 64-63—127 is one off the tournament record of 126 set by Johnny Palmer in 1948 and breaks the course final 36-hole record of 128 set by Johnny Miller in 1975.

• His six-stroke come-from-behind victory matches the tournament record set by Gene Littler in 1959.

• Collects a first-place check of $540,000 and improves his season earnings to $586,616.

• The 9-under 63 is the best finish by a winner in 2006 and the lowest on the PGA TOUR since Brad Faxon posted a 9-under 61 at the 2005 Buick Championship.

• The six-stroke come-from-behind victory is the largest on TOUR in 2006 and largest since Brad Faxon came from seven strokes back at the 2005 Buick Championship.

• Becomes first 40 year old or older player to win on TOUR this season.
