The PGA TOUR can be an unpredictable place when it comes to fashion, but there's always one thing you can be certain of: Tiger Woods' Sunday Red -- no matter the tournament, no matter the season, no matter his position on the leaderboard. Woods began the tradition in 1996 and has consistently worn some form of red shirt in the final round of all tournaments he plays ever since. It is partially a nod to his alma mater -- the Stanford Cardinal -- and partially because he believes the color symbolizes his aggression and assertiveness in the game. We've compiled a collection of 12 images tracking Tiger's Sunday Red through the years.

The 'not sure that's really red'
At the 2008 Masters, Tiger wore an interesting shade of red under his black sweater vest. In some light, it looked far more like Augusta National's magenta azaleas in color than his usual brilliant red. Tiger did not win the Masters in 2008; instead he finished second. Could it be the pink shirt? (Kidding, we know it was the knee ... or was it?)
