SYNOPSIS
 Not that he needs the money, but this was a lucrative week for Tiger Woods. Not only did he win THE TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola's $1.26 million first prize, Woods also earned the $10 million first prize for winning the season-long FedExCup in its inaugural year. Woods seized the lead at East Lake with a second-round 63 and went on to shoot 23 under and beat Mark Calcavecchia and Zach Johnson by eight strokes. Johnson provided some fireworks on Sunday when he came to the par-3 18th needing a birdie to shoot 59 and nearly holed his bunker shot before settling for par. "I think winning this week is pretty special," Woods said. "Winning the FedExCup is one thing, but I think as a player you always want to win THE TOUR Championship. There's history involved, and the players who have won it, these are basically the 30 hottest players for this year, and you know you're going to have your hands full coming into this week."
