    Nickname "Dr. Dirt" bestowed upon him by Gary McCord in late 1970s. Younger brother Bart also played on the TOUR and won the 2004 Valero Texas Open at age 41...Biggest thrills in golf was watching Bart win the Valero Texas Open and also the Memorial Tournament and THE TOUR Championship in 2005...Lists Bart as his favorite athlete...Has worked with David Leadbetter...His favorite course is Spyglass Hill and his favorite movie is "Chariots of Fire."...Enjoyed the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy...Favorite food is his mother's country-fried steak.
