Becomes first eight-time winner of the season and collects at least eight wins in a season for the third time in his 11-year PGA TOUR career.

Improves season earnings to $9,941,563 the third time he has exceeded the $9-million mark.

CAREER NOTES
54 PGA TOUR victories are fifth all-time, eight behind Arnold Palmer’s 62.

Wins for the 38th time (of 41) when holding at least a share of the 54-hole lead on the PGA TOUR. Current streak stands at eight – the last time Woods failed to win when leading was at the 2004 TOUR Championship, where he was overtaken by Retief Goosen on the final day after being the co-leader entering the final round with Jay Haas.

Wins six consecutive PGA TOUR titles for the second time in his career, and the first since the 1999-2000 seasons when he won six straight. The six consecutive are tied with Ben Hogan (1948) and Woods (1999-00) for second all-time behind Byron Nelson’s 11.
