with the highest Official World Golf Ranking Strength of Field Rating, having a rating of 40 points or more**.  If fewer than 3 players are eligible
via this  category (i.e. there are one or more multiple winners within these 3 events, or a winner has already won an event in Categories

 If necessary to fill the field to 78 players,  players will be selected in the following order: -   
       
(i) The winner of the 21st  highest ranked PGA Tour co-sponsored tournament in 2013 -2014 as defined by the criteria in 3 above.
(ii) The next highest ranked player not otherwise exempt from the Race to Dubai as of 20th October 2014.
(iii) The next highest ranked player not otherwise exempt from the OWGR as of 20th October 2014.  
(iv) The next highest ranked player not otherwise exempt from the final 2013-2014  PGA TOUR FedExCup Points List.
Criteria (ii), (iii) and (iv) will then be repeated in order to determine any additional players required to fill the field.

* This criteria will only apply up until the commitment deadline of 1700 EST on Thursday 23rd October 2014.  Thereafter should an already exempt player 
become eligible through another category he will remain in his original qualifying category.  
       
** If a new event is expected to have a strength of field rating in excess of the 40 point minimum, the Federation reserves the right 
to consider a request (sufficiently in advance of the event) from the respective Tour for this event to be included within the current year’s 
eligibility. Moreover if it is clear that the new event will have a higher SOF rating than that Tour’s lowest rated qualifying event, the
 inclusion of such an event may also replace* the lowest rated event within that category”.  (*This will only be the case if that Tour has 
more events meeting the qualifying criteria than spots available within their exemption category).  
       
*** In the event that two or more tournaments in the same Category have equal SOF Ratings (in the year used to determine the eligibility) and it is necessary 
to rank them to define this Category, then such ranking will be determined by the SOF rating of the tournament in the 2013/2014 season.
       
       
Reserve Policy:    
Any withdrawal from within those categories that qualify a specific number of players (i.e. Categories 4, 6, 7(b), 8(b), 9(b), 10(b) and 11)
will be replaced by the next eligible and available player within that category up until 1800hrs Shanghai local time
on Sunday, 2nd November 2014.  After this time any withdrawals will be replaced by the next eligible and available
player from within the reserve category.
