The second round of the AT&T National is set to begin. The Golf Channel will televise live action from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and will re-air coverage from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 pm.

Groups we're watching
Tee time Players
8:15 a.m. ET
No. 10
K.J Choi, Justin Rose, Adam Scott
Adam Scott is tied for the lead after a first-round 66. Choi and Rose also played well in Round 1, carding 1 under and even on Thursday.
12:55 p.m. ET
No. 1
Gary Woodland, Nick Watney, Dean Wilson
Dean Wilson doesn't have a win this year, but at 3 under he's in second place ahead of both Woodland (1 under) and Watney (even).
12:55 p.m. ET
No. 10
Robert Garrigus, Hunter Haas
Lucas Glover's withdrew after nine holes, but it didn't seem to bother Haas or Garrigus. Haas is a co-leader at 4 under, while Garrigus is two shots back of the lead.
1:06 p.m. ET
No. 1

Harrison Frazar, Keegan Bradley, Jhonattan Vegas
Vegas shot an impressive first-round 67, while Frazar (1 over) and Bradley (4 over) look to bounce back after shaky starts.
MORE ROUND 2: Tee Times | TOUR REPORT: AT&T National news, notes

WHAT TO WATCH ON FRIDAY:
Playoff parity: Mark Wilson (3rd), Nick Watney (5th), K.J. Choi (8th), Gary Woodland (9th), Webb Simpson (14th), and Hunter Mahan (19th) could all potentially over take the No.1 spot in the FedExCup standings with a win this week.

Compton shoots 76: It was an up and down day for Erik Compton, who had three bogeys, three double bogeys, one birdie and a hole-out eagle. But it's understandable -- the two-time heart transplant recipient has had a busy week since winning last week's Mexico Open presented by Banamex. Compton looks to bounce back tomorrow, as do playing partners Jim Furyk and Hunter Mahan, who also shot over par.

Round 2 weather forecast
Clear skies
Temp: 84 high/64 low
Morning temperatures in the 60s. Warming up to 84 by midday. Winds around 7 mph.
Here are some of the players you'll see on Golf Channel's coverage:
Adam Scott
Scott's 66 equals his low round on the PGA TOUR in 2011, which he previously shot in the opening round of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. Scott holds the lead/co-lead after the first round for the seventh time in his TOUR career and for the first time since the 2008 Shell Houston Open (WD due to illness after second round). He has converted just one of his previous six first-round leads/co-leads in to victory, winning by one at THE PLAYERS Championship in 2004.
Hunter Haas
This is the second time in Hunter Hass' TOUR career that he has held the lead/co-lead after 18 holes. He also led the 2005 Childrens Miracle Network Classic after the first round en route to a tie for 58th. In 19 starts on TOUR this year, Haas has made 12 cuts and posted one top-10, a tie for third at the Puerto Rico Open. His 66 represents his lowest opening-round score on TOUR in 2011, bettering a pair of 67s carded at the Bob Hope Classic and Puerto Rico Open.
Justing Leonard
Justin Leonard's season hasn't exactly gone very well. He has just three top-25s and has missed the cut in seven of his last 10 starts. That prompted Leonard, who works with Randy Smith, to also turn to Marius Filmalter for help with his putting. The two have worked together the last few weeks and again this week at Aronimink. The result? An opening-round 2-under 68 to get Leonard near the lead.
