Editor's note: Melbourne native Robert Allenby is playing in his sixth Presidents Cup this week. The 40-year-old Australian didn't make the team in 1998, the last time the Presidents Cup was played at Royal Melbourne, so this week is particularly special for him. He'll share his experiences on PGATOUR.COM with this exclusive blog.

MELBOURNE, Australia -- What do I say? Three losses now. I don't really know how to explain it. I'm obviously not playing the way I wanted to play but I'm not playing badly either. A little bit unlucky, I guess, but that's golf. I just wish I could have helped the team a little more. But I will be ready and focused tomorrow when I go out against David Toms. You can bet on it.
This morning in Foursomes with Geoff, we just didn't get anything going. When I chip out three times from the trees, that doesn't make it too easy, and Bubba and Webb have played well this week. It was disappointing to lose again, and even more disappointing to have to sit in the afternoon. But I practiced for a little bit, and then I went out and watched pretty much the last nine holes. I went around to all of the matches, which was good. I was proud of the way we played.
Obviously, we need a good day tomorrow. Tomorrow needs to be massive for us for the Singles. We really can't afford to lose any matches early. We need to win them all and put some momentum on the board. If the first four or five matches win tomorrow, it helps build momentum for the last seven matches. It's important we get off to a good start -- that's for sure. We need to get the first few matches in as wins so that gives everyone confidence. They see that everyone's winning and that's how things can change in the afternooon.
Tomorrow is a new day. We just have to come out firing on all cylinders, and I know that we will.
