Brad Faxon was an eight-time winner on the PGA TOUR and played on the United States Ryder Cup team in 1995. Long regarded as one of the game's best putters, Faxon joined the Champions Tour on Aug. 1 when he turned 50 and wasted little time before registering his first Champions Tour victory at the rain-shortened Insperity Championship near Houston, his sixth official start on the circuit. After his victory that included a celebratory pie-in-the-face from Jeff Sluman, one of his good friends, Faxon spent a few minutes with Media Official Phil Stambaugh and gave him his thoughts on several off-the-wall topics.
