Superman? The Hulk? Captain America? All may come to mind when you think of the athletic machine that is Dustin Johnson. Though most know him as a professional golfer, the athletiscism doesn't stop there. Built for power and speed, DJ spends his free time swimming, boating and working out at Coastal Carolina University's (his alma mater) golf fitness center, a facility he helped create.

He is known for his flexibility and control, traits he's mastered through a strength training program consisting mainly of free weights and medicine balls. It may come as no surprise that Johnson can dunk a basketball; his grandfather was three-time all-Atlantic Coast Conference selection in the early 1960s during his tenure at South Carolina and his brother is a guard on the basketball team at Charleston Southern University.
