Beware the experienced Nationwide Tour player. Alistair Presnell, the likable Australian, has two full seasons under his belt.
Last season on the Nationwide Tour he flirted with top 25 on the money list most of the season but wound up 37th after making 16 cuts in 27 events. He had three top-10 showings and was inside The 25 eight times.
What is scary about Presnell is that he's nearly got it figured out and should have his best season in 2011. In 2009, his first season on the Nationwide Tour, he wound up 28th on the money list and got his first Tour victory.
There's little doubt that Presnell, 31, has the game to win again on the Nationwide Tour. Don't be surprised if he is a multiple champion this season, especially if he can improve his driving accuracy. He ranked just 106th on Tour in that category in 2010.
