The Greenbrier Classic provided a prime opportunity for players in need of a big FedExCup move to make that move. Of the top 31 names on the leaderboard at The Old White TPC, 12 were ranked outside the FedExCup top 100 and 27 were outside the top 50 heading into the evnet.

Bob Estes, who had just made one cut on the season before last week, finished in a tie for second and moved up 109 spots in the standings. Estes checks in at No. 145 this week, with a chance at the Reno-Tahoe Open to move inside the top 125 and help his chances at making the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.
Tournament winner Scott Stallings jumped up 62 spots from 88th to 20th, and noted that he's excited about earning a spot in the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup.
Among the others making a move were Steven Bowditch, who jumped from 128th to 112th and joined Josh Teater as the only players to cross into the top 125 last week. Being bumped from the top 125 were Alex Cejka and Padraig Harrington while Matt Jones has fallen squarely on the bubble at No. 125 in the standings.
Also falling last week were Geoff Ogilvy, John Rollins and Stewart Cink, who each fell below 70th in the FedExCup standings. Remember that only the top 70 in FedExCup points after the Deutsche Bank Championship qualify for the BMW Championship, the third event of the Playoffs.
The following are the biggest movers -- up and down -- after The Greenbrier Classic.
