The PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup are fast approaching. There are just four weeks and five events remaining for players to accumulate enough points to qualify for the 125-man field at The Barclays.

Michael Putnam and Tim Clark, who has been sidelined by injury for much of the season, dropped out of the top 125 last week while David Hearn and RBC Canadian Open champion Sean O'Hair moved inside the Playoffs cutline.

The pressure to accumulate FedExCup points and clinch a spot in the Playoffs is mounting, and 25 of the 31 players within 15 spots No. 125 are in the field at this week's Greenbrier Classic, hoping to secure a tee time at The Barclays on Aug. 25.

Narrowly avoiding a spot on the chart below is Stuart Appleby, who won the inaugural Greenbrier Classic with a closing 59. Appleby checks in this week at 109th with 350 points. Others who had success last year at the Old White TPC and could use help this year include Scott Piercy, Justin Leonard and Dean Wilson -- three top-25 finishers at last year's event who find themselves on the Playoffs bubble.

In the two years since the most recent changes to the FedExCup points system, it's taken 354 and 380 points to qualify for the 125-man Playoffs. If that trend continues, all of the players listed below have work to do.
