On Friday, the Champions Tour kicks off its 31st season with the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai. Here's what several players competing in the first official event of the year think will happen this weekend in the AFC and NFC Conference Championship games.
Mark O'Meara -- The Minnesota Vikings are on quite a run right now and I think they'll be hard to beat. Brett Favre is playing at a high level. It's hard to pull against them. The Indianapolis Colts will win because Peyton Manning is really good.
Fred Couples -- I'd like to see Minnesota and Indianapolis in the Super Bowl. I'm a Minnesota fan. I think Indianapolis will win but the game will be closer than most people think.
Bruce Lietzke -- I think the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts will both win. Saints will be tough to beat at home and I think they probably have a little more talent. I think the experience and maturity factor will play into the Colts' favor. Talent-wise, both teams are pretty close to even.
Mark McNulty -- I really think the New York Jets are going to win the whole thing. I'm a novice at this, but they won a big game last week against San Diego and I think they have lots of confidence. The Colts will obviously be the favorite. They will probably play the New Orleans Saints.
Ben Crenshaw -- I'm going to go with the New Orleans Saints because Drew Brees is from my hometown -- Austin, Texas. I'll also go with the Indianapolis Colts because of Peyton Manning. I like all the Mannings.
Corey Pavin -- I have to go for the Indianapolis Colts because I think they're better. Peyton Manning is tough to beat. I'm also really pulling for New Orleans. After everything that city has been through in recent years, I'd like to see them win.
D.A. Weibring -- I think Indianapolis Colts will win because Peyton Manning is one of the best. It's really a tossup but I'll go with New Orleans in the NFC. I just have a feeling that Drew Brees and that offense will really get clicking and playing at home in a domed stadium is a big advantage.
John Cook -- I like the New Orleans Saints in the NFC. They really have a variety of weapons. They held a pretty good team down last week and I think the defense is better than most people think. The Indianapolis Colts have too much firepower. They will cash in on their opportunities where last week, the Chargers didn't do that, especially in the first half.
