Rocco Mediate (-15) recorded an eagle each round this week to win the Frys.com Open by one shot over Bo Van Pelt and Alex Prugh.
Mediate opened round one with a hole-in-one on No. 3 (191 yards), then followed in round two with an eagle-2 on No. 4 (160 yards). On Saturday, Mediate recorded an eagle-3 on No. 15 (111 yards) and then made his fourth of the week on Sunday with an eagle-2 on No. 17 (116 yards).

Rocco Mediate is the oldest wire-to-wire winner on the PGA TOUR since records were kept in 1970.

Mediate records his first wire-to-wire with in 591 career starts on TOUR. He joins Jason Bohn (Zurich Classic of New Orleans) as the only wire-to-wire winners on TOUR this season.
Mediate becomes the fourth player in the 2010 season and just the 12th player since 1983 to record eagles on a par-3, par-4 and par-5 in the same week (in stroke play events on TOUR).
Mediate is the first player since Richard S. Johnson at the 2008 U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee to make an ace and go on to win.
At 47 years, 10 months, Mediate is the oldest winner on TOUR since Kenny Perry, who won the 2009 Travelers Championship at 48 years, 10 months.
Mediate records the seventh win by a player in their 40s this year on TOUR: Steve Stricker (2), Cameron Beckman, Ernie Els (2), Jim Furyk.
At 47 years, 10 months, Mediate is the oldest winner on TOUR since Kenny Perry, who won the 2009 Travelers Championship at 48 years, 10 months.
This is Mediate's 194thstart since his last victory at the 2002 Greater Greensboro Classic.
