The third round of the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial is set to begin. Here's a look at Saturday's round:

| Groups We're Watching |
| Tee time |
Players |
1:05 p.m. ET No. 1 |
Kenny Perry, Ricky Barnes Perry, a two-time winner here, is only five shots back after a 64 on Friday. He's always dangerous to go low on the weekend.
1:45 p.m. ET, No. 1 |
Jeff Overton, Boo Weekley Watch out for Weekley. His tee-to-green game is perfect for Colonial's doglegs. He is close to regaining his old form.
2:05 p.m. ET, No. 1 |
Bryce Molder, Jason Bohn It's unlikely Molder will approach the 62 he shot on Friday due to his late tee time in the third round. Anything under 68 will be solid.

PINK OUT: For the second straight year, fans and players will help raise funds for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation and promote breast cancer awareness on Saturday at the event. What events are planned for this year's "Pink Out II"? Click here

What an interesting leaderboard heading into the third round, and it shows what kind of course Colonial is. Everyone has a shot here, as Corey Pavin is up near the top, Boo Weekley is playing well, and Bryce Molder, as I've said before, is really close to visiting the winners circle. Jeff Overton and Jason Bohn continue to play well.
I was talking with a friend today on the range about how hard it is to compete if you're not bombing it. My reply? Length is an advantage, but it isn't everything. You still have to get it in the hole. I love reading the quotes from Jason Bohn, who said he doesn't overpower golf courses so he has to position his golf ball. Great comment. nother comment was that if you are striking the ball solid, you can play from position at Colonial. This tells us that even TOUR players play conservatively, realizing their strengths and weaknesses.
