ORLANDO, Fla. -- Team Lake Nona defeated Team Isleworth, 17-13, to win its second consecutive Tavistock Cup.
It's also Team Lake Nona's third win in the seven years of the interclub competition between the two master-planned communities in Orlando. The series is now tied 3-3-1.
After winning three of the five Four-ball team matches on Monday's first day, Lake Nona held a two-point lead going into Tuesday's Four-ball singles matches.
Team Isleworth's Nick O'Hern claimed the low medalist for the second day, posting a 7-under 65. He took home the Payne Stewart Salver Award and the $300,000 prize.
Team Lake Nona's lineup included captain Ernie Els, Ben Curtis, Ross Fisher, Retief Goosen, Peter Hanson, Trevor Immelman, Graeme McDowell, Ian Poulter, Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson.
Team Isleworth featured captain Mark O'Meara, Robert Allenby, Stuart Appleby, Arjun Atwal, John Cook, Brian Davis, J.B. Holmes, Charles Howell III, Lee Janzen and O'Hern.
Next year's Tavistock Cup will be played at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club on March 14-15.
