Arnold Palmer has spent over 50 years in the public eye, posed for thousands of pictures and authored some of the most memorable moments in golf history.

| Palmer, inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974, spent much of his playing career battling fellow Hall of Famers Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player, paving the way for Hall members Hale Irwin, Lee Trevino and Tom Watson. Palmer, Nicklaus and Player combined for 34 majors during the Golden Era of golf. |
| Though he played his final Champions Tour round in 2006, Palmer keeps himself busy by building golf courses, spending time with his family and keeping one foot in the golf world with a handful of appearances each year. His golf course design company has created over 300 courses around the world, including Bay Hill Club and Lodge (where Palmer resides), Classic Club (host of the 50th Bob Hope Classic hosted by Arnold Palmer) and the K Club, which hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup. |
