All players will be resuming their second rounds this morning, and Round 3 will begin soon after the end of Round 2.

TBD		Jerry Kelly, Brandt Snedeker, Aaron Baddeley Kelly is sitting in first place, but keep an eye on Snedeker, who's 4 under in the second round, as well. Baddeley withdrew after the first round.
TBD		Tim Herron, Charles Warren, Nicholas Thompson All three players in this group are 5-under par for their second round. Herron is in the best shape at 10 under and sits T13.
TBD		Stephen Ames, Daniel Chopra, Camilo Villegas In a group where no player is lower than T50 on the leaderboard, Villegas is tied for the lead and Ames is the lowest-scoring Canadian to this point.

The infamous sports psychologist, Dr Dick Coop, is in Canada this week working with three of his students. Dr. Coop said that Bo Van Pelt finally made his mind up that he could win on the PGA TOUR. He said that Bo's short game has improved dramatically and that they have also been working hard on his routine. Bo's routine was all over the map, which was a result of Bo getting too mechanical with his golf swing. He has freed it up, and Bo won last week at the U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee, for his first victory on the PGA TOUR in eight years of trying.

I found my friend Dr. Coop walking with Charles Warren on the 18th hole. Charles needs to get things going. He's currently 146th in FedExCup points, made nine of 14 cuts, and has only earned $322,406 so far this year. Charles is in great position to make the cut this week at 7 under with two holes remaining in the second round.

Another one of Dr. Coop's longtime students is Corey Pavin. Corey is currently 156th in FedExCup points, has won $288,280 in official money, and has only made six out of 17 cuts in 2009. Corey is in contention at 6 under this week with three holes to play in the second round. Corey has four career top-10s in the RBC Canadian Open, all of which came at Glen Abbey.

Stat of the day

For the second day in a row, someone made a hole-in-one at Glen Abbey. On Friday it was Briny Baird who jarred one from the tee, holing out on the 132-yard, par-3 15th. Joe Durant made an ace on the 147-yard, par-3 seventh on Friday.
