DOHA, Qatar (AP) -- Alvaro Quiros of Spain holed eight birdies Saturday to shoot an 8-under 64 and lead by a stroke after the third round of the Qatar Masters.

Quiros, who sank five birdies on the front nine, has totaled 16-under 200 at Doha Golf Course.
"I have been telling people that I am not just a long hitter," Quiros said. "It has been a lucky week for me. I could see this score coming. I can't even remember when was the last time I won. I will be fighting for the trophy. Today was a good day of putting."
Louis Oosthuizen of South Africa, who led by three strokes following the second round, is second after shooting a 69.
"I started well with a rescue on the first hole, my second shot. I hit to 10 foot and I just missed the putt. I hit it well, the first four or five holes, and then fell asleep on the fifth green when I made a four-putt," Oosthuizen said.
Maarten Lafeber of the Netherlands (66) and Henrik Stenson of Sweden (66) are next, four shots back from Quiros.
"Anything can happen on the last day. If I play well, I am in with a chance. I played my best golf today," Stenson said.
Joint first-round leader Andrew Coltart of Scotland (70) is five shots off the pace, while Spanish pair Sergio Garcia (67) and Miguel Angel Jimenez (70) are in a group of seven that is six shots behind.
"It is disappointing because I hit such a good tee shot on the last and just got a bit of a mud ball," Garcia said of bogeying the last. "Hit a good second. The ball just went exactly the opposite way I wanted to go. It is one of those things."
