The final day of the FBR Open beckons. Let's just hope the rain stays away.

All times eastern.

Rich Beem, Bill Haas, Mark Calcavecchia
Tee time:
12:10 p.m.
Total TOUR wins: 16
Why you should watch: Calcavecchia had the round of the day Saturday, putting up a bogey-free 64. In 2001, Calc had the lowest score in FBR history, a 28-under-par 256 that included a 60 in the second round.

A win on Sunday would make Calcavecchia the all-time winningest player at the FBR Open. He is seeking his 10th top-10 finish here in Scottsdale.

Beem was also stellar on Saturday, firing a 66 that included four birdies on the final six holes.

Phil Mickelson, Kevin Na, Charlie Wi
Tee time:
12:20 p.m.
Total TOUR wins: 32
Why you should watch: Besides the fact that there are two guys in this group with two-letter last names, we're watching this group to find out which Phil Mickelson shows up.

Despite rounds of 68, 68 and 67 so far this week, it's been an up-and-down tournament for Mickelson. On Thursday, he struggled through a 37 on the back nine before blistering the front nine for a 31. In the second round, Mickelson double-bogeyed the par-4 ninth on Friday before closing with birdies on Nos. 17 and 18 on Saturday morning to end with 33 on the back. Later Saturday, in the third round, Mickelson started with birdies on two of his first three holes on the front before bogeying both par-3s on the back.

Ben Crane, Nick O'Hern, Justin Leonard
Tee time:
12:40 p.m.
Total TOUR wins: 13
Why you should watch: Leonard, kind of quietly, is the hottest player on TOUR right now. In three events so far this year, Leonard's worst finish is a tie for eighth at the season-opening Mercedes-Benz Championship. The last time he was outside the top 30 was at the Deutsche Bank Championship -- in September.

Crane is searching for his first win since 2005 and his first top-10 since 2006. O'Hern, who gained notoriety after beating Tiger Woods at last year's Accenture Match-Play Championship, is seeking his first PGA TOUR victory.

2008 Stat Comparison
Player Events Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Crane 2 2 -- -- -- -- 1 70.52
O'Hern 1 1 -- -- -- -- -- 71.65
Leonard 3 3 -- 1 -- 3 3 70.09

J.B. Holmes, Charles Warren, Jonathan Byrd
Tee time:
2:39 p.m.
Total TOUR wins: 4
Why you should watch: Storylines abound with this group. First the basics: Holmes is looking to repeat the coming out party that was his victory here at the FBR in 2006. Warren wants his first career TOUR title and Byrd is working toward his first top-10 since September.

Warren and Byrd played together on the same college team in 1997-98 at Clemson University. Warren was a senior, Byrd was a sophomore. That team finished second at the NCAA Championship, three strokes back of UNLV.

By the way, Holmes has hit 33 of 42 drives 300 yards or longer through three rounds.

2008 Stat Comparison
Player Events Cuts Made 1st 2nd 3rd Top 10 Top 25 Scoring Avg.
Holmes 2 2 -- -- -- -- 1 70.01
Warren 2 1 -- -- -- -- -- 71.89
Byrd 2 2 -- -- -- -- 1 71.76
