SUN CITY, South Africa (AP) -- Sweden's Henrik Stenson completed a 1-under 71 on Saturday to hold a four-shot lead over South African Rory Sabbatini after the weather-interrupted second round of the Nedbank Golf Challenge.
Stenson, who shot a course-record 63 on Thursday, had to three-putt for a bogey at the par-4 18th for a total of 10-under 134. Play was halted before any player had completed their round Friday because of rain and thunder storms.
Sabbatini shot a 70, while K.J. Choi had the best second round with a 5-under 67 that included three consecutive birdies from the 12th hole. Choi was alone in third place, one stroke ahead of Sweden's Robert Karlsson, with second-ranked Sergio Garcia a further two shots back.
Defending champion Trevor Immelman settled for a 73, putting him in eighth place.
The third round started just 40 minutes after completion of the second.
