I have the Dave Pelz Putting Tudor. It's kind of a clever device but really simple. It's basically a triangle with a couple of brass balls set up on it. You just have to knock it through the brass balls. It really helps my alignment and forces you to start the ball on line.

If you don't start it on line, the brass balls get knocked off, the ball won't go anywhere, and it really frustrates you. I like to work on left-to-right breaking putts. I feel like on a left-to-right breaking putt, I have to finish my stroke more, and this helps me do that.

I set it up and I basically follow the line. It helps my alignment, and I am able to check exactly where I am lined up. From here, I try not to focus on the ball. I do a couple of these a day to check alignment and make sure I am starting the ball on line.
