Veteran Toms leads the way for United States

Cink dominates singles match
Stewart Cink of the United States birdied the first five holes of his singles match en route to a 6 and 4 victory over Nick O'Hern. At the 2006 Ryder Cup, Cink started off in similar fashion with birdies in four of his first five holes on his way to a 4 and 3 dusting of Sergio Garcia.
